The Rite Time Return Policy

At The Rite Time, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

If your order is not as described, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.

To initiate a return, please email BuyTheRiteTime@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away and notify us immediately of any issues. Be sure to keep all original packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

After 14 days, all sales are final.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
